Hello, hello! I am now getting a chance to work on this fun post about our past stay in 30A. Here you’ll find a cool place to stay, and a list of yummy places to eat. We were really lazy on this trip since we have a toddler, but enjoyed our time. 30A is VERY chill, the way we like it. Places to Stay –The Den on 30A
For our trip this year we decided to stay at The Den on 30A. It is such a cute place to stay and very family friendly. Check out my highlight on Instagram labeled 30A about our stay! The best part about this spot is it’s right across the street from The Hub where you have access to different choices for food, entertainment, and family fun! This rental comes with a golf cart that seats 6 which is what we drove around most of our stay. They have generously given y’all a discount of 20% off your stay. When you walk into this rental you will feel right at home. They have a fun Nespresso machine for all the coffee lovers, and a great size kitchen for everyone in your family to hang out while you’re making a meal! We spent most of our nights dining in since we have littles, so it was nice knowing we had a great kitchen to cook all our easy dinners.
The owners also provide fun games, and of course Apple TV to sit back and and catch up on your favorite Amazon Prime show!
Amenities
Where the rental is located is called The Prominence. The Prominence has everything you need for your vacation. One of the days we decided to kick it by the pool (COVID STYLE) and hung out there without the fuss of sand. They also have a grill to use and cabana areas that you may occupy. We were not allowed to use them at the time due to COVID restrictions but we still had a great time!

Below you’ll find some fun spots to eat! We are a pretty picky family so we keep it simple. If you hit up any of these spots tag me in your stories. I would love to hear about it!
- Donut Hole-The line is real long, but worth the wait! They have a little bit of everything for breakfast. Right down the road from The Den rental!
- List of restaurants from The Prominence-This a list of restaurants local to 30A
- Another Broken Egg-About 30 minutes away from 30A. Sometimes a wait time but worth it!
- Pizza by the Sea-NY style pizza. This is so so so good! They also have other things besides pizza. We were very impressed!!
- The Hub-This is where many families will come and hang out! They have a ton of restaurants here. We feel like the prices are a little high so be prepared for that, but it is a great atmosphere and yummy food truck style food!
